Nicola the Burmese Python is a Professional K1, Thai and Lethwei fighter. She is based in the UK and fights out of Golden Team in Leeds. Nicola's fight name is The Burmese Python, which represents her mothers heritage and aggressive fighting style. Nicola first started in Taekwondo, where she won the Welterweight World Title in Canada before moving into full contact K1, Muay Thai and most recently Lethwei. At an Amateur K1 level Nicola proved her ability by winning x2 Southern Area titles and x1 British Title. Nicola turned Professional in April 2018 where she had her first fight on one of Chinas largest shows, EM Legend and beat her well accomplished opponent by unanimous decision. Since then Nicola has won a 4-Woman tournament at the prestigious York Hall venue in the UK which was broadcasted on SkySports. She then went on to secure her first Professional British K1 title against a former Muay Thai world champion. Early this year, Nicola was also invited to fight at the London Indigo O2. Her next bout will be in her Mothers home country, Myanmar, where she will have her Lethwei Debut on WLC.

My style is aggressive, exciting and technical. What sets me apart is in me as a person. I love to learn and I simply love life! I have a first class honours degree in Biomedical science and work extremely hard to excel inside and outside the ring. I am a huge believer in always giving my best in the pursuit to chase excellence. All while enjoying the journey and sharing the love and passion for the sport and life.
